Feed The Chickadees

The Credit Valley Conservation Authority played host to a packed house at the Terra Cotta Conservation Area for their "Feed the Chickadees" event. Participants got a chance to learn about local bird species (complete with a short quiz) and build a wooden bird feeder and bagel/seed treat prior to going outside and trying their hand at feeding the birds. It was a perfect opportunity to have some family time, learn a little, and enjoy the magnificence of this lovely conservation area.
