Caledon East & District Historical Society Meeting
Caledon East's own Tea Lady - Lena Valiquette of The Tea Boutique, entertained the Caledon East & District Historical Society with her brief look at the development of tea throughout the ages. From the accidental origination of tea to other happy "accidental" discoveries such as Black Tea, her engaging presentation and obvious wealth of knowledge (she is a Tea Master) entertained the room and turned the discussions to other interested areas of tea as well - such as the ever increasing look at the health benefits of the different types of teas; White, Green Oolong and Black. Thanks Lena for a lovely, entertaining and educational evening.
