Home United Church Hawaiian Pig Roast

Adorned with grass skirts, leis, sunhats, and Hawaiian shirts; Home United Church patrons welcomed the community to their Hawaiian pig roast at the Alloa Public School. One of several "community building" events throughout the year, the event is meant to bring neighbours and new friends together, with any proceeds to be given towards local outreach programs. In addition to the company of great friends and a pig feast, festivities included music, dancing, and a silent auction.
