25th Anniversary Open House and Barbeque
Family Transition Place chose a glorious sunny afternoon to thank the community for 25 years of support by inviting them in for a bbq and tours. The event was extremely well attended, with friends from local service groups, dignitaries from both Caledon and Dufferin, past clients who have used their services and supporters of the organization. Special thanks go out to the Food & Commercial Workers who donated food, as well as Dairy Queen for providing a freezer full of Dilly Bars.
